Learn from the Italian masters, under the direction of Pamela Sheldon Johns, a cookbook author with fourteen published books, specializing in Italian cuisine. Pamela has been running culinary workshops in Italy for thirteen years. You will come home with some wonderful inspiration and greater confidence in the kitchen. The focus is intent on using quality ingredients, and will visit artisan producers of foods and apply those products in traditional preparations.
